It is so simple.

Joy that sits in the wellspring of your divine heart, always available to you.

For the mind, the heart and the gut connection needs optimal health for the equal amount of divine expression of joy.

Our minds can become locked in a state of Dis Ease, that moves us away from our innate sovergnity.   To experience God infinate love is to experience it as a frequency.   An unmoveable wave of divine energy that in the 3 D world becomes thought, words and actions.

Declare I LOVE YOU, as much as you can say, for our words are our spells.

Breath befor you speack for the breath calms the mind of men bringing it into a state of EASE from DIS EASE.

Do not escape from this world for we are as much as part of the design as we are part of the design of the whole.   For an open heart leds to a clear vision as you become your own mystic.  See beyond the physical as you walk your path, trusting that the world is your pearl and the shell is the universe.
